About marketplace rules and threads approving
1) selling/buying threads must be sent to Marketplace section , leaking data to Leaks section
2) buyers section its only about buy data/services, not about selling
2) all post must be in English language (double language is also allowed)
3) all database leaks/selling leaks must have some sample (almost 10 rows)
4) all selling data must be Private, selling public data = ban
5) Posting a tool must be accompanied by a virus total of all files inside, just scanning the .rar is prohibited.
