After sorting all topics by Creation Time, clicking on the second page still displays the first page. This problem has been occurring for several days.

Same behavior when entering a thread via search.
The pagination urls don't follow proper uri construction and have two consequent ? queries:
?page=x?highlight=xxx or in OP's case ?page=x?sortby=started, where it should be ?page=xxx&sortby...
