Despite the FDPP’s efforts to minimize corruption, it is still clearly present. It is clear to us now that corruption originates from the individual who holds financial power. No FDPP, not even the proposed Blockchain tech, can eliminate the moral corruption within a person’s character. I can only say `Anyone can be corrupt given the opportunity to do so, but corruption remains a matter of CHOICE.`.

About FDPP:

This online platform was established by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in support of the government’s advocacy for transparency and accountability in the management and use of public funds. The Full Disclosure Policy (FDP), as mandated by DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2010-083, requires local governments to fully disclose particular financial documents to their constituents, such as the budget and how it is disbursed and used, to minimize corruption and misuse of public funds. To help LGUs comply with the FDP, the FDPP was created as a centralized repository for uploading financial documents, making it easier for the public to view, download, and print these documents.
