It's more than obvious that all the users with his reputation are his own because none of them are gods; they all repeat the same 4 or 5 users who are the ones who give +1 reputation points.

I noticed also a big farm +rep, all his rep is from not ranked users , that gives him +1 rep many times 
The same users also give positive reply at @HvcKMvsoneria33 posts.
