Ormoc City DATA BREACHED

Greetings Filipinos specially to the local government of Ormoc City, Leyte

Ghost projects? Failure flood control projects? We shout for accountability! Consider this as a firm and furious protest against the grossly anomalous, multi-million peso flood control project spearheaded by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Ormoc City local government. This project, touted as a solution to the devastating floods that have historically plagued our city, is itself a man-made disaster of corruption, criminal negligence, and a blatant betrayal of the public trust.
We have seen a failures in your flood control projects. We can no longer remain in silent. In an act of desperate protest and as a fulfillment of our civic duty, we are releasing sensitive internal data from the Ormoc City local government.

THIS IS ONLY THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!

The biggest syndicate here in the Philippines is the government itself.

To the true OGs of the underground scene,

Where was your cipher when the systems bled us dry? We need your skills, not your silence. This isn't a request; it's a reminder.

This is the very corruption we swore to dismantle. So, what's the move? Has our ideology become a relic? Has the spirit of hacktivism flatlined?

The terminal is open. The world is watching. Prove the legacy is still alive.
