How did you get scammed: (Hello I was confident this man was good at customer service. I purchased a file from him using my credit card. After I transferred the money, he disappeared and didn't send me the file. I waited six days, which is embarrassing for me as I also have work to complete. Every time he appears available, he tells me to wait and then disappears. If he can't send me the file, he should refund my money or send me the file. Thank you..)
